1. Services

IAAXIN delivers software development, cloud integration, infrastructure, and security services based on proposals and signed agreements. Service scope, delivery, and timeline are defined in each project contract.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise in the contract, IAAXIN retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, and templates. Clients receive use rights for deliverables upon full payment as outlined in the agreement.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated in invoices and contracts. Late payments may incur interest and project delays.

4. Confidentiality

We protect client confidentiality and use nondisclosure safeguards. Any required non-disclosure agreement may be executed prior to project start.

5. Limitation of Liability

IAAXIN’s liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service and excludes indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
